Learn about each health marker and lifestyle modification and define what you will change and when. Save time by using our guides (meal planning, shopping, fasting, exercise, etc.). Put each lifestyle modification into practice with practical guides. - Measure your progress
Complete the initial health and lifestyle assessment and set goals around your key health markers. Complete a mid-point assessment and then a final assessment to see how your key indicators are improving. - Stay connected to the community

About the HealthJourney Solution
This program was created because blood sugar/insulin issues which cause type 2 Diabetes respond well to diet and lifestyle interventions. If you prefer to get to the root of your problem rather than covering it with metformin or insulin injections, you are in the right place. This program is based on extensive research of the literature by Dr. Anne Thiel. The HealthJourney approach is based on knowledge gained from of two experts who I have studied under, Chris Kresser with the ADAPT Health Coach Training Program and Andrea Nakayama of the Functional Nutrition Alliance who take a diet and lifestyle approach to treating blood sugar issues.
