Victoria Brenneman
Founder
Victoria is passionate about all things related to food. For five years she published and edited Edible Michiana magazine which promoted local food in her home area. She graduated from Eastern Mennonite University with a degree in Health and Physical Education. She has worked to bring wellness to her own body while struggling with polyautoimmunity. In search for answers, she became an ADAPT Functional Health Coach and also studied under Andrea Nakayama to become a Nutritionist at the Functional Nutritional Alliance. She is also certified in the AIP diet. She is applying what she learned about habit change, accountability and diet and lifestyle interventions to develop the HealthJourney program. She is blessed to be working with her longtime friend, Jen Litwiller, and new friend Ben Sywulka.

Jennifer Litwiller
Project Manager
Jen brings over 20 years of experience in both higher education and business settings. She attended school with Victoria from kindergarten through college and is thrilled to be supporting her vision for this life-changing program. Jen has seen the ability to heal oneself firsthand as she walked alongside her husband through severe Lyme disease as he went from mostly bedridden to active and healthy again. He educated himself, made dietary and lifestyle changes, and set up a structure of support and accountability to stick with it. Jen believes HealthJourney provides the education, support, and accountability for others to heal themselves as well. Being part of HealthJourney allows her to fulfill her own sense of purpose which includes helping others discover and live their best lives.
